Oh I can't wait! It's been hard keeping a low calorie lifestyle for so long. Going to spend the next 20 days doing HIIT to shred the last bit of lower ab fat

At present I'm trying to rid my lower ab flab. Standard small reduction in calories and upped excercise. Once I have that I will change my goal to building and up my calories. Will try to not let lower abs become fat storage again

1% a month! Damn! I'm on day 29 (from first picture to second) of 1500 diet and burning around 300/400 a day. I know it's early days but I've just seen improvement everywhere but that one spot
