I have been on this 90 day weight lose / lean muscle journey and today marks 11 days left.

I really thought I'd have more ab visibility by now. I can feel it's hard to the touch.

you got some definition there in the second one! and you can feel it's hard to the touch, that's a good thing! listen, it's a long process. these things take time and don't happen overnight. think about it, it's taken you years to get to an unhealthy state, right? well it's gonna take time to get to where you want to be. the worst thing you can do now is fall off.

don't just think about how you look think about things like energy levels, skin an hair quality, better sleep, general feelings of better wellbeing all as gauges of progress made. too many people use the way they look as the yardstick an when they don't see results they fall away.

stick with it, watch your macros and do some HIIT. you can do it mate it's all in your mind! stay disciplined an you will get there :)

Just guessing, I'd say you have another 20 pounds to go.

Sadly I don't get much sleep due to having a 5month old but I will take the rest of your advice to the bank

At this point I don't think it's the scale number to be concerned about, but rather your body fat percentage. Have you had it checked? That is the place to focus right now, IMHO.

I haven't had it checked since starting the diet. Before that I believe it was 28

Getting a truly accurate BF reading is tough, but I'd say use whatever method you used the first time and see where you are now. I think that may help you decide how to proceed from here.
