Kale smoothie and chia seed pudding :smile: my breakfast or lunch meal if I'm in a hurry, Kale smoothie: 2 cups of kale 1 ripe banana 1/2 cup mango 1/4 cup almond milk unsweetened 1/2 medium Apple Chia seed pudding 2 tbsp chia seeds 1/2 cup almond milk unsweetened 1 tsp sweetener (optional if having with smoothie) Enjoy :)

Ah and chia seeds keep you full and satisfied all morning until lunch, Usually 2tbsp of seeds with 1/2 cup almond milk goes a long way for me. Add almonds nuts and granola for better variety, personally it's better with a kale smoothie haha

how do you feel about chia seeds? They're loaded with fibre antioxidants etc; mix them with almond milk and leave overnight :) No need to add the kale smoothie and fruits as I did if you don't want sugar

Try to take it slow, exercising everyday is extremely difficult. For me, I'm pretty much a couch potato. I'm either studying, watching shows or playing video games. I know if feels like a set back but try to stay positive. I know it's very difficult, but don't let that discourage you! Try changing your diet up and when you're feeling up for it and the pain isn't too bothersome, get some walking in :) you can do it!!
