i want to remain healthy for my family and keep the results I have worked so hard to get, and I like being held accountable.
I like being surrounded by those on the same mission as me, so feel free to add me if you need some support and motivation.

I joined a while ago and I had some success. I lost about 10 of my 30-something kilo goal. Unfortunately, due to life circumstances, I became depressed and gained it all back. I'm not willing to step on a scale right now, but I started, again, a few days ago. I've tried a few times to start again to little success. I'm going on vacation to LA in August. I know I won't lose it all by then, but many of my clothes have become quite tight. It's okay for day-to-day living like I am now, but I don't even have a week's worth of clothes to pack, at this point. I want to be able to fit into some of my old clothes so I won't have to wear the same thing every day. Don't get me wrong. I do want to be healthier and to slim down. But I haven't had much motivation to do so in a while. It may be an excuse, but at least it's getting me to do it. That's better than nothing. I'm just hoping that I'll still have the same motivation when I get back. Hopefully, the progress I'll have made at that point will keep me more motivated.0
