12 weeks in 3 months 20lbs÷ 12weeks=1.6lbs/week

It sounds like yiu dud a rapid weight of lose witj only 20lbs to lose you should aim to lose .5lbs a week and you were losing approximately 1.6lbs a week. You did a crash diet and how your having trouble which is expected. Set mfp to lose .5lbs a week and lose in a healthy sustainable way, good luck

I work from home but my partner usually takes leftovers from the night before or I make a large salad or sub in the morning.
-
Green olives and any kind of nuts
-
What time should I show up? That all sounds so good.
-
Just curious, what kind of phone is that?

No I do it this way because sometimes I have a day or week when I get appropriately 3000 steps. I let my Garmin adjust for my activity. If my activity level was more consistent I would adjust it to that level.
-
I set mine to sedentary because my activity level varies. Most days I do over 12000 steps but because of medical problems some days it will be under 3000.

I put my favorite pajama pants on last week and they actually fell down, I can relate. I was happy and sad at the same time.

Not first but the body does not burn just fat it also burns muscle when you are in a deficit and many factors determine how much muscle is burned.

What real starvation situations are you looking at? When people die from starvation it's usually organ failure. A female at a clinic I was at had kidney failure and heart failure from eating to little.
-
Best advice I recieved was to make small changes and make them a normal part of my life.

I have a garmin vivosmart hr and love it. It works well with mfp.
-
I love smoked chicken legs and fried chicken legs.
-
I said I try.

As others have said you need to get professional help. Eating disorders require special treatment.

Go to the goals section of myfitnesspal and fill in the information. A deficit when you consume less than your maintence calories.
-
I love this because it can show how different people are. When I started drinking diet soda my cravings decreased, my reaction was the opposite of yours.

I started with my fitness pal in January 2015 and struggled a lot. I'm 4'11" and started at 143 and I'm currently 121. I started using a food scale in december of 2016 and have lost almost 22lbs. I'm in maintenance now and eat between1600 and 2000 calories a day.

That's why I can't do these programs that give unlimited anything, for me when the leaders say unlimited I take them at their word and I gain.

We all want the water weight to be muscle you are not alone. You can add me a friend if you would like, my diary is open to friends.
-
You build muscle over time not by having a random calorie surplus. It takes consistency to build muscle, more than likely the scale isn't moving because of water weight.

I use My Protein Impact whey isolate unflavored, 90 calories 21g protein. 2.2lbs(40 serving) pack cost me $27 including shipping. I have mixed it with 2% milk and with crystal light and couldn't taste any difference.

It doesn't sound like a metabolism problem it sounds like a self control problem. You could always try a non restrictive diet with a calorie deficit. You have to have a calorie deficit to lose weight, I gained weight doing both low carb and vegetarian. Metabolic disorders are not as common as people want to believe but…

If you replace 30 cans of soda(4200 calories) with diet soda (120 calories) then you will reduce calorie consumption by 4080 calories a week and lose a little over 1lb a week if you make no other changes. P.s. you are not addicted to soda but you may be addicted to caffeine.

I'm still trying to figure out how OP is getting fat (internal and under the skin) to a temperature that would freeze it. All she is doing is making her skin cold and if she manages to keep the cold on long enough risk frostbite as you said. Out of all the things I've seen on here this baffles me most.
-
I would also recommend this. I use strong lifts and upgraded it so I have more than the 3 lifts every workout.
-
When I log exercise in mfp and add the time it will adjust my garmin calculation. Sometimes it even changes my garmin calories to 0 but within an hour it is all correct again.
-
You will lose muscle this way. Eat what MFP suggest. I'm 4'11" 121lbs and I'm losing weight eating between 1600 and 2000 calories a day. With only 26lbs to lose and losing 4lbs a week you are losing muscle because the body can only burn so much fat a day, faster isn't better.

This is important and it seems obvious but some tour guide might sound very convincing (I've been and won't return despite the beauty of the country and great people). Enjoy your time there and remember fried foods and heavy sauces will be higher calorie no matter where you are.
