Not to hijack this thread but I have something around the same question. I do not want to eat back my exercise calories in fear that my apple watch may not be accurate. My current goal is to get out of the 300's I can't remember a time in my life when I haven't seen that number on a scale. I am 345 now. Down from 391. Hopefully, I have found a plan of a little everything that will continue to help me lose weight.

Congratulations! It might help if you don't consider the pizza as "cheat" days, This is a lifestyle change! If you want that pizza, then just fit them into your calorie goal for the day. Welcome Billy. There is a great community here. For someone such as myself that used to weigh 425lbs I would suggest solely just focusing on your calorie intake for now. Get into a habit of logging everything you eat daily. ( the good and the bad) Staying under your calorie limit is goal but if you go over don't beat…

Yep i am a vivid video gamer.played most MMOs you could imagine. My current one is Final Fantasy xiv. Started back when i got the Sims for my birthday. A big the sims fan as well. Sims, sims 2,sims 3, and now 4. Also love rpg games like skyrim,witcher 3,tomb raider, fall out 4 series etc etc
