    If I keep going at my current rate of deficit, I should be able to get down to 147 lbs by the end of the month. My initial drop was bigger than I expected. So far, going smoothly.

    Adjusting check-in dates to use my regular Friday weigh-ins (pins) for my personal tracking. Checking in between weigh-ins helped keep me focused, will keep that up in June.

    Today's Thoughts: Hard not to feel off with scale and trend weight both being up, but I have to remind myself, "natural and logical consequences." I had a couple of "slug" weeks end of May/first of June with little to no exercise, and this week I've been off on the calorie deficit, and seem to have some fluid retention. The good news is that my 7 day averages for steps and exercise are edging back up. I already know that moving is critical for me with a pitiful BMR. Deficit tracking has been difficult with the sync issues between MFP and FitBit - I rely heavily on those FitBit numbers to gauge my meals that I track in the MFP Diary. Hopefully they will get that worked out soon. It's all good - I have my head back in the game, the scale will catch up.

    June Game Plan & Goals:
    • Continue weekly meal planning
    • Log daily in MFP - focus on daily calorie deficit goal of 500 Way off here
    • No calorie intake after 8pm
    • Hit Fitbit step goal of 5000, then increase to 6000 - 7 day average 4480
    • Hit active minutes goal of 25 minutes daily, then increase to 30 - 7 day average 21
    • Hit strength building exercise goal of 6 days, then increase to 7 - 7 day average 4
