Oh my gosh yet. It has helped tremendously. The benefits are that never in my life have I've been able to lose more than 15lbs on my own. Thanks to the lap band, I've lost 40 and I'm still losing. I can't have any thing carbonated, no bread, pasta, rice or potatoes. Lots of fruits, veggies, and protein.
