General maintenance for that height is approximately 1400-1500 calories and you're not even close within that range and are still gaining weight?
  • For bloating, try taking probiotics to help the bloating. For cravings during ToM, I find drinking sweeter flavored tea helps. I've started drinking apple cinnamon tea which fights the cravings for binging a lot.
