They add more sugar to low fat to make it taste better to sell more I seem to lose weight when I drink fair life milk verses other brands lower sugar more protein more expensive but if you don't use it that often it might be worthwhile for you

Get the kids in the car tell them it's time to go on a nature walk fond a pretty place to get out and go for a nice long walk

Hi I think I'd like an accountability partner too I've been doing this about a year lost fifty pounds so far but lately my motivation has dropped I have seventy pounds to go and struggling not to give up

Magic built I use it every day and surprised it still works after a year got it from my sister for Christmas never got it for myself cuz I thought it would be a rip off but it's not

I went online and just learned all I could about sugar where it comes from different forms of it things like what it does when it enters your body also carbs turn into sugar in your body so now I'm trying to figure out how to have a low carb diet

Protein powder doesn't taste good really I just mix mine with milk and blend with ice and the taste no longer sends shivers down my spine

I have to treat food a an addition and continuously fight an up hill battle to have control it gets easier the more you say no and stick to it

I believe it means food is an addiction for you and your family also for mine I grow up the same way and I believe this to be the reason I'm over weight

I say to shave off 300 cals see if that works also I found that packaged food especially ones that advertise low fat actually cause me to gain weight so try to say away from packaged and processed foods plus make sure you watch your carbs and sugar intake I learned the hard way myself but I've now lost 30 lbs

I've lost 30 lbs but now I'm not seeing much change lately don't want to quit although I've lost a bit of motivation

Well then how much protein should I be shooting for? I don't have trouble sticking to my calorie goal but would love to see it make more of an impact.
