How much time do you recommend for cooking whole wheat and/or grain pasta? I'll go buy a new big pot soon and some more pasta without using oil from now on.

Thanks. According to your comments its probably my pots. I need to buy bigger pots. I had a really big one but it eventually got rusty and old so I tossed it a long time ago and haven't replaced it yet.

I get bloated (water weight) when I eat too much sodium. Then its gone the next day or so. Just saying.

I fell asleep sorry guys and I'm just concerned is all. Yeah it may make only 100 calorie difference per day for example but in a whole year that would add up to 36,500 calories (or 10 pounds) which does make a difference in terms of weight and fitness. Thanks all! :) Do you know how many calories is in a Red Lobster biscuit by the way? I haven't been there since I was a kid lol I would eat like 5 biscuits when I was young (I won't this time).

What confused me was the fact that when I was 121 it was later in the day at the doctor's and my clothes were on. At 127 it was vice versa at home. You think it would be the other way around.

@rockmama72 I'm 24. I've had saddlebags since high school/puberty :neutral: I was overweight in high school and now finally lost the weight but the saddlebags remain except just a bit smaller.
