WOW!! AMAZING!!

Me too! I think, for me anyway, that it's because I eat most of my calories at dinner. By morning, I'm ok-ish with how I look. I guess it's part of the gig.

I'm 36, 5'5" and my stats are as follows: I've been on mfp since spring 2015, but didn't get serious till spring of this year. SW March 2016: 168 CW: 146 - 148 GW: 130 - 135 not really sure cause all I really care about is losing this dang belly. I need to get back into going to the gym and lifting weights again because I…

Me too! Not so much on my belly though. I'm 13 pounds to possible goal weight of 133 so it better come off by then! Otherwise I think I will look thin everywhere else with a fat stomach lolol. I guess I need to make more time for the gym if that's the case.

Clearly, I need to go buy some tomorrow and see for myself - for science of course

Yes! Every single month I pack on a few more pounds, but a couple of days before that *kitten* - y aunt leaves, the weight is off and I don't feel bloated anymore. The joys of being a female lol.

Oh and the scale I bought want a clearance item, it's in the kitchen utensil area and regular priced at $5.
-
I picked up a super cheap $5 food scale at walmart and still lose. Maybe not as quickly as I could if I had a digital, but my budget doesn't allow for one right now. And I sometimes bank a few calories for the weekend or heavier meal nights, but don't do that many or you won't have any energy throughout the day. Maybe just…

There is nothing wrong with having an evening time walk to look for some little cartoons in the neighborhood. Sounds like a fun activity to do with the kids. Or alone even if you want a little extra motivation to move more.

I love oatmeal cream pies! But that's besides the point of this whole thread
-
Great progress!! I don't have much to post unfortunately, but you are inspiring!
-
Those are not awful pics at all! You are looking great!

I am 5'5" and 155.....see my post re: body conscious and YOU can tell ME if I am fat. Then you will have your answer :) Btw....no you are not fat. Feel good about you. And if you don't feel good, do something that makes you feel good.

I have 5 kids and one of them has special needs. When I was talking to his special ed teacher about how great he was doing, etc., she said something to the affect of I wonder how he will be as an adult? Will he be able to go to college, live on his own, get married, etc. etc. I always assumed he was just behind and would…

Great job! I Can't Wait Until My Waist Loss Is 2.5 inches! :)
-
I've been sick for a few days too. I don't worry about weight loss much when I don't feel well. I just try not to go too much over maintenance. I figure my body probably needs the extra calories to help get better.
-
I was over maintenance by 400 - 500 and it was worth it! Homemade chocolate chip cookies, grilled steak and shrimp scampi. I declined the potato and had salad instead. I still averaged 1200 per day for the week though, so no guilt here. :)

Belly and muffin top here. :(
-
Love handles? More like hate handles. I can't wait to get rid of mine! :)
-
Amazing! You are gorgeous! Congratulations to you and your fiance too. :)
-
Great job everyone!! I did 4 push ups last night - the real ones! I haven been able to do that in a loooong time, or maybe never. Also tried on my short little denim skirt that's a size 8, and i could get it buttoned and zipped! The muffin top wasn't pretty, but I WILL wear it again one day soon. :)

I don't feel like I'm on a diet either which is awesome to me. I still eat what i want, except I don't get miserably stuffed anymore at meal times. I haven't had a cocktail in a few weeks, but I just decided I would rather have food instead. I have learned to prioritize the "naughty" foods and drinks. :)

Woot! Great job!

I'm about one month in and have lost about 10 pounds and only about 3 inches, but I am totally stoked about. For reference, I am 5'5" and now weigh 155. I'm measuring the MFP progress measurements of waist, hips, thighs, neck and chest. Be happy with 7 inches in 1 month - you are doing wonderful! Also pay attention to your…

I'm not close to goal yet, but from everything else I read, it takes longer to lose those last few pesky pounds. Also, its onlg 2 weeks since last weight loss, so you are fine. And look how far you've come! Great job! Keep at it and don't be discouraged. I can't wait to be complaining about those last 10 pounds. :)
-
This was my first goal too! I made it from 165 to 155 in about 6 or 7 weeks, so it can be done. My next mini goal is 145. Feel free to add me as a friend. :)
-
Great work! I just lost my first 10 pounds and it is soooo motivating! You can do this! :)
-
Omg that's hilarious! I wondered the same thing about myself recently. I need to rake a closer look at my fiber and fat intake.
-
excellent progress! way to go! :)
