Size 14 pants. Mostly 16s now, started in 22s. And finishing C25K. Though that might not be mini, since I'm only on week 27

To hit 175 by the 4th of July -- a day spent in a bathing thing suit in front of lots of people. 8 pounds away, 2 month countdown.3

I've lost 10lbs in the last ~2 weeks by just watching my calories and trying to keep my macros balanced. I'm graduating from college on June 11th and hope to be down another 10lbs by then (:
Mini goals are important, I want to lose 110-130lbs so breaking it down makes it feel more realistic and less daunting.5 -
Bench lift 30 lbs dumbbells. At 27.5 right now.2

Someone at church gave me a gift card to Outback Steakhouse about two days after I started back to eating right and exercising. I told my daughter that when I lost my first 20 pounds we'd go. I'm 1.9 pounds away!7

Right now, my mini goal is to bust into the 160s (about 4lbs away) and up my cardio. I've mostly been focusing on weights and have lost weight doing it...but time to blast the fat away. High knees anyone?!2

I wanna see the 140's for the first time since high school! (I think I gained 15 pounds somewhere between 7th and 9th grade. )
I'm only 3 pounds away from that at the moment... two more weeks of a 1.5 loss and I've got it! Just gotta actually stick to my calories.4 -
Mine is to see the scale get below 200. I haven't seen that 2011. For the past two weeks I have went up and down between 200.8 and 205. This morning I weighed in at 203.6.. I think I'm being teased right now to have a plateau so close to my first goal! Ill get there though5

Meet my average goal of 6500 steps for a challenge at work that will reduce my health premiums next year! Also, to be out of the obese BMI catergory (I know it's silly, but doctor's still use it) by my appointment in August. 13lbs+2lbs(for clothes) to go!2

1. Getting back into the normal BMI - I'm 5.1lbs away!!!
2. Holiday I'm going on at end of June (and most likely will see the ex who dumped me over fb post)
3. I want to wear all the nice clothes my bf's sister gave me that she's never worn... unfortunately she's a size 8, so not all of it fits.4 -
I've been super out of it this week and so my mini goal is just to get through this week! I haven't missed a work out or eaten over my calories all week. One more day and then I can take it easy on the work outs. I'm in need of a break after 40 days of working out everyday. (But to be honest I'll probably end up going for a small walk because I don't want to ruin my streak ).1

your body needs time to rest though for it to be better in your work-outs and stuff xx1 -
My mini goal, is to have lost 75 pounds by my birthday. I have lost 52 already and my birthday is in November.7

To reach my 2nd mini goal (I have been setting them for 10lbs in MFP). Once I reach that I'll be in the "normal" range, and will want to lose between 15-20 more lbs.2

I have the weight I need to lose broken up into quarters...at over 180 pounds to lose, I've got to have some smaller milestones.
That being said, I am a little under 10 pounds away from reaching the first quarter of my total weight loss goal!6 -
To get to 50# lost (1.2 lb away)
And the next one is to get to 180 (6.4 lb away)2 -
16% bodyfat and then 11 - 15 in time!1

4 weeks, 4 days until I head off to a festival that is definitely my motivation at the moment. Then 4 months to a holiday in Florida, want to fit back in some of my old pairs of shorts!1

I visit my family every six months (between VT and MD), next trip is in July and I want to be 30 lbs less. I always feel like the 'fat' sister, so this is a goal for me. Already 16 down!5
