Hi guys,

I am so happy to say that i lost 2 1/2 inches in my waist! I know it doesn't seem like a lot but it is everything to me now!

    Inches add up in the long run . Congrats keep up the good work you get your goal at some point. Since beburary have lost about 9 inches total that is from every where not just my waist

    That is so great! Inches really do add up! So far I have lost 14 inches overall! Congrats!
