I'd like to have a thigh gap, even though I know it might not be possible. My legs brush together when I walk and on a hot day it's uncomfortable and often painful. I don't think it's that shallow to want to change that :/

Lost another 3lbs, taking me down to 132lbs - I've only weighed this little at one point in my life before (apart from childhood), so any weight I lose now will make me the slimmest I've ever been :D And I got my running up to 11km, which means I can eat loads more snacks and it be ok!

Hi all - thanks for the great advice! I've made my diary public as a few people have suggested. I also have about 15lbs I want to lose (I'm 5"4 and weigh 135lbs), so I have a BMR of around 1500, so eating at 1200 gives me a deficit of about 300, so I'm on track for losing 0.5lbs a week as a couple of people have suggested.

Thanks! I have a banana a day and if I eat any more fruit than that I tend to go over my sugar limit, but I think I should probably listen to my body and give it what it wants because it's clearly not good!

I didn't realise how much sugar is in everything! I can eat a banana in the morning and then that's pretty much it! 6 mile walk, 5 mins of ab work, 5 mins of leg work, 30xpress ups, 30x tricep dips, 30x wall press ups, after work gonna go to the gym and do half an hour of weighted circuits and maybe a little cardio

I added 1km onto my running distance so hit 10km this week and it only took me 3 more minutes than running 9km :D Had a big slice of birthday cake to celebrate!

Love beans and pulses! Use them as a nutritionally dense + high protein substitute for pasta, rice etc. If it wasn't for lentils I don't think I could cope with life!

I get really horrible pains that make me feel like I'm going to pass out so I let myself have treats on days where it's awful, like a bag of malteasers - only 187 cals and they really hit the spot for me :) but then so does guiness...
