Ive been eating around 1500 cal that's what mfp set me at. It's been like that for 10 months. My TDEE is any where between 1900-2200 depends on the day.

I do have cellulite on the back of my legs. I carry my fat in my legs and butt. I would like to tone up this area and lose fat not to lose weight.. If that makes sense

1lb a week. I've been weighing between 132-135 for forever.

I work out six days a week and usually burn 200-400 calories during. MFP has me eating 1,490 calories to lose weight and I don't eat my exercise calories back.

I only drink water besides my daily coffee and snacking is what gets me through the day. But I agree I need to eat more protine. Thank you, I will definitely try to reach my protine goal

Yes i have not hit my goal exactly but I am closer to it then usual. I'm 135 and 5'7. I'll try eating more protine, I do struggle with that. Thanks

Well this is the first week I've been trying to eat enough to increase my calories. Once I eat I feel satisfied for maybe an hour then I feel very hungry again.

Yes, I have read a lot about it, I'm just wanting to know if anyone on here has takin it and if they had results or a negative experience.

Try single leg lunges( back leg elevated on bench) also single leg deadlifts( backlog elevated again). Step up with weights or step up with a knee. Little variations make a huge difference.

Okay, thanks for all your advice. I'll give it a try. I do push myself very hard when working out so perhaps lifting heavier weights will be that last big push I need.

I eat frequently during the day I find it hard to eat more. I log each thing I eat so that's how I know I'm eating around 1200 calories a day. I eat lots of veggies and protine not so many carbs. @MrM27 I do light weight training lots of body weight hiit
