am I the only one still doing this? rest day today and Day 30 tomorrow. hoping for a big finish, some days have been quite tough but must say I've gotten substantially better abs out of this. will have a few days off from the challenge and may repeat the last 15 days or so on a regular basis.

it's amazing how quickly you'll find your time going up if you keep at it. good form is important - make sure you squeeze your glutes and keep your spine straight. good luck.

thanks for your welcome AlciaMode. planks are a lot harder than they look and something I'd never really taken seriously before - will be doing Day 16 in an hour or so.

yes I prefer home. the trick is staying motivated to do it regularly.
