That's alright. My first plank ever was like 22 seconds. You will get better fast.

    thanks for your welcome AlciaMode.

planks are a lot harder than they look and something I'd never really taken seriously before - will be doing Day 16 in an hour or so.

I've just discovered this challenge today and I have just started it! Will be fun :)

I had already done some planks last weeks on a different home workout routine, so I'm not new to them, but definitely not trained either. My baseline was 55 seconds of pain + 5 final seconds of pure agony :disappointed:

it's amazing how quickly you'll find your time going up if you keep at it. good form is important - make sure you squeeze your glutes and keep your spine straight. good luck.

am I the only one still doing this? rest day today and Day 30 tomorrow. hoping for a big finish, some days have been quite tough but must say I've gotten substantially better abs out of this. will have a few days off from the challenge and may repeat the last 15 days or so on a regular basis.

congratulations to all who had a go at this tough challenge. if you made it through then congratulations! if you gave it a go and couldn't complete then rest up a day or two then have another go, it can be done. don't think of it as a 30 day challenge, think of it as a daily challenge and take it one at a time. best of luck!
