My Max Trainer just arrived this week. I can only do 5 minutes at a time. My goal is that by the end of the month I can do the 14 minute program. Awesome for you to be able to complete the program right away! Wish I could have....

I previously tried the 21 day fix... I don't think it is as hard on the joints as T25 if you are just starting out. My friend did the T25 and said it bothered her ankles and knees.

Hoping I am doing this correctly! I would like to join! I am 46 and have had several health issues in the last couple years that caused me to pack on the pounds. However, I am determined to turn over a new leaf and make some changes and get those pounds back off my butt (and other areas!).
