This isn't fun. We just eat taco and before I was even close to finishing to scale everything my boyfriend was done with eating. How do you guys do it? :|

Well it depends on what I drink or eat. If I'm drinking smoothies I weight everything Like 200 ml milk and 100 g Strawberrys In sweden we have a different scale then you guys maybe? It's like a little coup. And 1 cuop is 100 g.

I am thinking it may be water? We have a pretty hot summer in Sweden and I've been drinking a lot of water, could that be the reason the scale is showing that I gained weight?

I knew that 1 week is not enough, I guess I just have had enough because I have changed they why I eat over a period of time and I'm just tired over being disappointed everytime.

Well I've been eating healty for 8 weeks and lost 2 kg but then nothing so I started to scale my food with MFP but now I gained 2.6 kg.

Oh yes. Especially from my friends and boyfriend. It's really hard sometimes. I just say to myself that it doesn't matter what they think of me it's what I think of myself and if I wanna changed something I will.

Okej. Yes I have noticed that it is very hard I have to loose 13 lbs before Christmas and 22 before summer at last that's my goal. How about the workout? Any advice

I live in a small town so I don't know if we have that, we do have personl trainer tho. Can you eat stuff you like or dose she decied everthing?
