My view yesterday on a hike in Nevada.

I've rented an apartment in Rome for 3 weeks in October. I was supposed to have gone March 2020 but had to cancel that one.

Yosemite Nat'l Park. The 1st time I saw it, I went home, gave my job & apartment 30 days notice and moved just outside the park. Stayed for 30 years. I'd still be there if it weren't for the yearly wildfire evacuations I went through, couldn't take it any more.

I worked front desk at a business hotel. We had a room where probably 40% of guests assigned to it would go to the room, come back down and request another room but they rarely would give us a reason why. Someone had taken their life in that room, so we never hesitated to fulfill requests of moving out of it.
