Wow! Did not expect to get railroaded here. I am on a 1500 calorie diet. I have been doing cardiac rehab 3 times a week since February 2015 and I walk for an hour on all the other days not in rehab. I am also trying to get back on track. Just had open heart surgery and I am diabetic. I weigh almost 100 lbs more than that right now but I am trying to stay focused. Good luck to you.
