  • I have a questio...do you place equal importance on macros and calories, or does one trump the other? If, for example, you were near your daily calorie limit but your percentages were off, would you eat something high fat that would rectify your macros but take you over calories, or would you be content with a calorie…
  • Thank you Victoria, I will check that out!x
  • What a beautiful baby! Enjoy your trip.x
  • Thank you so much for all that info, I feel there's so much to learn! Referring to your other reply to me, I will indeed look into GI, sounds interesting. • Navywife, I hear you, 2 pregnancies do take their toll on your body. Good luck!
  • Hi there! I understand exactly how you feel. I know that sorting out my diet will make me feel so much better (about myself and physically), but actually taking control and getting on with it has proved hard, I keep putting it off. That's why I'm back on here today after a long break, feeling ready to start! We can do…
  • Good luck and hi! I'm restarting after a while away, having gained back most of what I lost last year! I'm from the south of England. X
  • Hi Rachel! I'm in the uk too, you can add me! I totally understand your goal, I'm a little way into my journey and have just started to enjoy clothes shopping again :-) .x
