You could always prep salad (3-4 days worth) boil some eggs, cook and freeze some meats (chicken breast, mince - you can freeze in 100-150g portions in Ziploc bags) then put together easy meals (chicken salad, mince taco bowls etc) just means youll have to prep the fresh vegies every few days :) Im bad for binging on junk…

No. You have to factor "bad days" into the rest of your life I think. They don't change anything just make you feel crap.

I try and get 3 x 30 min brisk walks in during my working day. I work in an office so the rest of the day is pretty much sitting. Im lucky that Im able to do this I know.

Fantastic delites are low enough in calories to eat occasionally. I think the key is not to give up anything completely. :-)

I cant give up sweets. I have 5 chocolate malt balls or choc strawberry balls from Aldi. 79 cal..or paddle pops 79 cal. Mini mars bars 80 cal or 5 marshmallows 76 cal. I have a treat every day. Theres no way I could give that up. This soon anyway.

This is my 4th time (in almost 5 years) using my fitness pal..first time I lost 27kgs and got to the top end of my BMI - HEALTHY! Then gained.
