Or a curry!

I'm not a fussy eater but I can't stomach most offal (organ meat), although I do like liver pate. I can't think of a single fruit or vegetable I dislike.

Jealous. Here £30 a month ($38) is the bare minimum. That's gets you access to a very basic gym, no classes.

Seen a few suspicious posts on here. Yesterday there was three posts about one plan/routine in a row.

What qualifications does this nutritionist have? In many countries, nutritionist isn't a protected title. Go to a registered Dietitian instead.

From what Google is telling me, this is simply a plan of intermittent fasting and calorie restriction with meal replacement shakes. That's a diet.

Sounds like a crap entry, find a better one that goes by volume or weight. Better to measure ingredients and make your own recipe next time, assuming you made it yourself. The calories in something like moussaka vary a lot depending on cooking methods and ingredients (for instance, how lean the beef or lamb is, how much…

In the UK, they are actually Chantenay carrots. Delicious pan-fried in butter.

Crab apples?

I think the prices for fruit and veg here are very reasonable. The more exotic or out-of-season fruits can be quite expensive, as well as berries (which must be hand-picked and are harder to transport). Even then, you can get a bag of oranges and a pineapple for like £2 total in the average supermarket. Stick with your…

You could try getting a wooden board or a big tile to put under the scales.

Never been much into cakes and pastries but... Rice, noodles and pasta, oh my! Can't get enough of the stuff.

Quite simply, I'm addicted to carbs. I find it much harder to control my intake when my diet includes carbs, whereas it's nearly impossible for me to binge on fat and protein heavy foods.

I don't see what's that unhealthy about lean beef mince with cooked tomatoes, onion and garlic, and some pasta. Sure, OP might be using high fat mince, jarred sauce laden with sugar, and really piling on the pasta and cheese. And that would arguably be unhealthy. But since OP gave no indication they do, I'm giving the…

In the UK, anyone can call themselves a nutritionist as it's not a protected title. I wouldn't put too much stake in what these online health "experts" say. They all seem to be heavily influenced by the latest health craze. Spag bol can be a pretty healthy meal.

If it's only been a week then you're probably doing fine. There may be weeks when you don't lose anything, as long as it's an overall downward trend the diet is working.

You tend to lose a lot of weight in water the first couple weeks. How long has your weight loss stalled? Perhaps try not eating back your exercise calories for a few weeks and see if that makes a difference.
