I just started off with setting a target of 1 litre because I wasn't drinking much at all - only 2/3 cups of tea a day. I find this so motivating - I'm doing similar exercising and it's great to know it's working for someone and I'm not wasting time! You know the way you can feel like you're doing great exercise but you're not really - thanks for sharing your story!
