Check the item code on the pairs you like and look on Ebay for those items. Sometimes people don't like them after purchase so they sell on ebay to make their $$ back. I have had great luck with brands I know and am familiar with the style, fabric and fit on Ebay!!

when I sit down now I can see my knee caps! not just a huge mound of skin. :)

Went on a girls weekend away last weekend. The hotel had a pool and hot tub, and I forgot my bathing suit. Stopped at a Goodwill shop to find one, and the only one close to my size was 3 sizes smaller than the one I have at home. After tucking in all the extra tummy skin (one of those "sucks you in all over" type of suits)…

how was the onion, apple & sausage soup? I would love the recipe - or a link if it is online. Did it need the spinach? it sounds like it would. and the lobster bisque sounds divine!!

try mixing peanut butter powder with nonfat light vanilla yogurt - you get the protein but not the fat of peanut butter, and it's super healthy!! it's good to recognize what will and won't work for you .

sending good positive healing vibes to your wife and to you. That is good news, with the pain management and good labs. Hoping the new round of chemo helps kick it to the curb!

That is a great choice for a "treat". Maybe you need to stop thinking of food as "good" and "not so good". Food is just food, it is just there. It only has value that you assign to it. Apple + peanut butter is good for your body and mind. Some foods are good for your body but if you don't like them you won't eat them.…

it makes perfect sense. Your body recognizes you need energy. You get it one of 2 ways: sleep and fuel. Since sleep is lacking, the body thinks you need food (energy) to make up the deficit. You're not weird, just wired that way. make sure to get lots of fluid and try to get enough rest the next night. That should help!

By acknowledging you wanted that donut and not allowing it to derail the rest of your day is a win. Life is about accommodating need vs want. Eat very clean for your body about 90% of the time allows 10% for the not so clean items. If you can't allow some treats in your life, it won't be sustainable and you'll give up.…

July was a wash for me, didn't gain, didn't lose. Stuck to my plan and down 5# so far this month! I'll take it. Just received my date for WLS, next month. Full of the jitters - am I doing the right thing? vs can't get where I want to be without it (50 years of history tells me that!).

it sounds like your day is going good. When you think tonight you want to have a dessert, get up, walk out of the house for 15 minutes, then come in and have a long drink of cold water. Your hubby should be done with his by then and you get the added benefit of movement.

(you can plug the recipe into mfp and get the exact calories/macros) 3 ingredients! 1 16 oz frozen bag of your favorite fruit (I use wal mart brands) like pineapple…
