I have a friend who uses shakeology and became a coach. She's lost 100 pounds so far in a year (+ workouts and diet). She swears by it but I tasted it and YUCK. Just not my cup of tea

So even when you do things correctly the scale will not always show that. So can you honestly say you don't change anything when the scale does not reflect the correct things you are doing? Yea i was replacing breakfast and dinner with shakes for 2 or 3 days and it was alot, but honestly wasn't too hungry. I'm just sticking with them for breakfast because i never have time in the am to make food and a small protein shake after I workout
