GREAT RESULT WORKOUTS?!
I just got into step aerobics, it kind of takes your mind off of the pain but its still a great workout! I'm trying to mix it up and do other good workouts. Whats your favorite workouts that give great results?

I'm losing weight to be more healthy and to look a-m-a-zing in a bikini I was talking to a close friend of mine and she's losing weight because she feels like she can't "keep" a man with the body she has.. wrong reason? what's yours?

can i PLEASE lose 75 pounds?!
soooo this is about my 100 attempt to lose weight but this time feels a little different. I AM FINALLY MOTIVATED! I think lol. With the help of protein shakes and myfitnesspal I better lose some weight! What are you guys doing to help your weight loss journeys?!
