I'm having issues as well, but mine is also when I sync my workout from mapmyfitness. It will enter twice, blow my calories out there, and when I delete the one out of two entries, it will send my calorie intake to the red. I haven't trusted my calorie numbers for a week now.

Thank you Jim! It's working miracles already for me. I started out with working out pretty steady, but I ended up this past few weeks with a knee injury and than a bite on my leg that requires antibiotics (that also put weight on) , so exercise has been rather tough for me. I used to think that cheat days should be a normal part of my diet, but now I don't really see cheat days. I try to work foods into my daily diary. That being said, for ex. No gym! I enjoy walking, I use my wii fit at times and cycling. Quite frankly, I dislike gyms. I don't like the vibe. I would rather find my own routine at home. In the fall I do plan on joining a belly dance class, just to change things up. For now, I am enjoying this nice Alberta weather.

I don't think the restaurant will be so much the problem but the potluck may be tricky, as I love going for the sweets, nanaimo bars etc. I will take all of your advice. Yes i've also discovered that it goes into sleep mode, and I do have it synced with MFP. I will try logging it in.

I'm 5 days into it, I have fibre one chocolate brownies in my cupboard. I guess you could say it's not quite the same, but if I have extra calories in my day left, and I crave a treat, I will grab one, and I have a sense of satisfaction.
