I've lost 28 pound and dropped 2 dress sizes in 3 months. I've Followed the Newyou plan, best diet ever! Was only on it 2 weeks and lost 18 pounds! It gave me the kick start I needed. I have been naughty over the 3 months but my portion sizes have halved and I've cut out wine! I was drinking about 3 bottles a week! The only exercise I've done is walking. Now it's time to tone!0
