My mfp did not adjust my calories to the exercise I did today. Has anyone else had this problem? I did eat enough today, it just makes me curious as to why today, when all the other days have been adjusted.

Your diary shows that your fitbit cancelled out your exercise.

Recently I'm finding that Mfp is reducing the calorie burn for the exact same exercise I do each week. Why is it less calories burned than it was 2 weeks ago? Exact same input.

Have you lost weight during those two weeks?

You've got your Fitbit set up for negative adjustments which means you weren't as active today. But MFP will never take you below 1200, so it just didn't give you any extra.

Thank you! I guess I'm still learning with my fitbit and mfp.
