Yeah I've skipped the meals but there has been days this past week where I started to eat my meal and was able to eat like 3/4 of its. I meal prep for 3 days at a time and keep my food in the freezer

Better to eat smaller meals throughout the day. I'm at 1600 and I split my meals to five meals. Also I heard olive oil makes you full faster. I put some in my chicken or fish
