And I'm doing it with wine and not tracking a thing, even though I still did 2 dog walks and won't go overboard with eating. it's gonna feel great to get back to my normal routine next week.

  • Back for another month with UAC. Have been back on track with my goals and am working on weight loss. This month I'm going to try something new and stop eating by 8pm at least 5 days a week. Doing this so I stop snacking late at night, which has been more and more tempting to me lately.

  • Pass day x3 for Tuesday, cause I couldn't accurately track takeout thai food. Also, due to cadbury mini-eggs, bah humbug But, yes x 3 for Wednesday. The kitchen is closed for the night and I'm about to head out to play some tennis. Cardio blast time! Gonna fight to stay on track so I make the circle this month.

  • Pass day #2 for Friday, I went over in calories when I indulged in chocolate cake for dessert But yes x 3 for Saturday. I'm prelogging dinner and gonna stay in track with logging, calories and a very long dog walk this morning.
  • Yes x 3 for Thursday Tracked, on target, will end the evening with an hour or so of tennis. Prelogging a snack now and that will close the day.
