I usually have "runger "about 12 hours after my long run (or when I skated long distance) if it is early am or day after if I run in the evening. Also I have found that taking in more salty food with the hydration helps me to quell the ranger so some of the hunger could be electrolyte imbalance. I am also going for…

Thank you all for the comments and the threads. I read them all , havent seen the ytube film yet. The term "refeeding" has such difficult associations... I think my conclusion is that I need at least half a year of maintening before I relax my grip on calorie watching.

Very frustrating! Even if you do have hypothyroidism, caloric deficit will show up in the end as weight loss. I can only suggest adding some exercise and keeping on counting those calories strictly. A certain amount of hunger is unavoidable. Not miserable but yes some hunger.

Also Faye, you have covered quite a lot of ground. I have never been down to mexico or to to alaska. All my travels have been to settled areas, sometimes remote but settled. Most unsettled has been to New Zealand, and parts of Vermont and Oregon, and some of West Virginia.

I am a serious reader BUT I don't think following authors or having clothing with declerations on it have much to do with love of reading. They are purely spurious net-culture items. I would argue that a true reader disengages from net-culture and short, canned sentences!

Thanks for the pics of the strange toad! Very interesting. Medication costs are a real frustration.

What are the drawbacks to supplementing b12 sublingual even if your levels are within the accepted norms? Excess b12 leaves the body via the kidneys, I dont think it is poisonous.

I want to look amazing and lean - no excess flesh - but my real petty reason is to be free of the chaffing (sp?) of the inner thighs that occurs when I run for longer than 5 K.

A pound seems to me quite within the water/salt/ bowel normal fluctuations . Even so, it is very annoying. I know I would be sctraching my head too. I also know that my body responds to two glasses of wine and to a restaurant meal that way and the extra pound disappears after a day. Drink lots of water for a day or so..

Hi all! Have now logged on for 30 days! Very proud of myself for follow-through. Lost 1.4 kilos in interim and am lowest I have been for 5 years. I love the wonderwomen picture! I also cook from scratch- mainly I think bc my mother did so ,and I dislike the taste of the additives. This last month I have learned how much…

Machka, I do hope I am wrong but surgery and button down shirts rang a bell. I used zippered sweatshirts at home after my lumpectomy but it didnt take long till I wore my regular clothes. Wishing you well and an easy recovery. You are right about the sneezing.

Hello everyone! Such a lovely deeply supportive interesting thread! I will slowly work up to writing and sharing myself. I have no experience with such large zucchini but my fav zucchini dish is browning thin slices in olive oil then mixing with pasta and warm sour cream. I would also take a weekend to try the new area. I…

I started July by oversleeping! But I will make up the aerobics in an hour or so and tomorrow is a new day!

Sry, as far as I know tea (black) and coffee are both potent diuretics, so I don't count them in water. I
