Success - Saying no to my mac attacks

I'm like sllck willy at this. I get a mac attack rumblin' and I'm out the door, usually 7 times a day. I didn't like how I looked into the best solution. I decided that I'd start off right. I asked myself, could I go to McDonalds 6 times a day instead of the 7 I normally do? A little constitution check and BAM, time to go six. Since March 5, I have been going to McDonalds only 6 times. I weigh a little over 300 at the time I started (right).
Hooh man, I wasn't ready for hard this was. After my 6th meal, I immediately started craving McDonalds. My whole body went into panic mode I made a mad dash to the door got in my car and realized I had no keys. What a sad state of affairs is this? I needed to stay on track to not give in to the mac attacks, So after my 6th meal I started learning that emotion, identifying it. I realized it was just FOMO with McDonalds.
And it worked well. Shoooom. March 5 - July 10, I want to show everyone my fitness results off calorie reduction.

The right was an incredible amount of food. Complete glutenny as my start.
