I second this. When my dad was ill with blood cancer but had to exercise to keep from getting blood clots, I used to go over and do Youtube Sit and Be Fit type videos and seated yoga workouts with him. You can actually work up a sweat doing them, and there's no strain on your knees or other joints.

I've been doing IF for almost two weeks now and I've lost 14.5 pounds. It seems to really work for me. I think when I try to eat small meals I think about food all the time and am always hungry. My window is generally around 3:00-9:30 or so. I drink black tea and a lot of water in the morning. Please feel free to add me.

Just my two cents here, but I think Weight Watchers can have value, and I hate to hear it dismissed as a scam. I've lost weight on WW, and I've also lost weight on MFP.

Count me in. I did them last year and definitely saw results. Sadly, I gained all the weight back over the holidays, but I'm trying to jump back on the wagon.

I totally agree. I think what I am learning is that a little hunger is okay. Maybe all of us who find ourselves overweight just have overly developed survival instincts in the primitive parts of our brains.
