  • Yep!! Just did my first real cardio work out, I go for long walks/jogs every other day, but afte I got my son down for a nap I did my first calorie burn exercise video! I thought I'd be dead tired afterward by I feel awesome! This is definately going to be a part of my daily routine now :)
