    Off day today no workout scheduled letting the muscles recover.

    Not yet, and it looks like I'm going to miss my planned lunch ride due to thunderstorms moving in...it's cool though, I exercise regularly.

    Yep!! Just did my first real cardio work out, I go for long walks/jogs every other day, but afte I got my son down for a nap I did my first calorie burn exercise video! I thought I'd be dead tired afterward by I feel awesome! This is definately going to be a part of my daily routine now :)

    Great state of mind! I did 60 minutes on the cross trainer this morning then took a wave master boxing class, burned it up! I exercise everyday and while I do have the same mentality as you, at this point, I have trained so much, it's just never enough! Tomorrow morning spin class followed by boxing boot camp!

    Didn't think I would as I only got 2 hours sleep last night and have been dragging...but I went out and ran three miles. Glad it wasn't weight day because it would have been unproductive.

    Squats, deadlifts, bent-over barbell rows, bench press, barbell waist to chest pulls, iso lat incline press. Prepping to start Stronglifts 5x5. Skipped overhead press tonight in favor of the pulls & incline press. Gonna get coaching on dumbbell row form @ next training session. Good night of lifting, tho, so I get a protein shake, woot!
