I'm the same way, no matter what I've had before 99% of the time I want something sweet and dense at night! So I've just adjusted to eat lighter during the day and so I have enough calories to do so at night! I eat like 75% of my calories with dinner and before bed.

Yes, from 180 at 5 ft 9 I got down to the lowest of 113, put some weight back on this winter/spring after a few years of being too scared to gain and I'm around 130 now, I feel much better I have a bit of curves back, more energy and took up strength training and the best part is more calories

I basically did the same thing losing 60 pounds, I ate between 600-1000 a day and thought eating over that I'd gain a lot back to be "normal", I did gain a few pounds back but I increased my daily goal a week at a time to ease my mind. My lowest weight was 113, I'm 5 ft 9 inches as well. Recognizing what you're doing is a…

Thank you! Ill definitely be looking into that. Today was the first day off I can remember in almost 7 months I didn't immediately go walk and jog when I got up and then again in the afternoon. Took my time and cleaned my place, ran some errands, and then went out for a bit. I got my 10,000 so far so now I'm sitting and…

Thank you for taking the time for your feedback! I do realize that I am underweight, and I think I'll still weigh, I just like having data and to know what's going on, I don't want to feel super surprised if I completely avoid it and step on it one day lol. And how do I go about looking into those programs?

I guess ultimately to not be so ocd or obsessive about a number on a scale, or with food and counting calories. Just to feel and look healthy and be happy. Not to feel like my life is revolved around fitness and food most of the time if I'm not enjoying it like I should be.

My fitbit tells me I burn between 2,200,-2,700 a day. I'm scared to trust the numbers though and to fully eat them back. I was about 130-140 for a bit until a bad break up, ever since a few months after that I've been at a low weight. I guess I am realizing slowly to relax, and I need more energy for the things I do, but I…

It is very thin for my height, and I'm okay with gaining like ten as long as its healthy weight. It's more of a mind game I guess. Ive been working on my all or nothing attitude. I know the scale shouldn't be such an influence, and as long as I feel good and I'm happy that's all that matters. But I'm the only one ever…

I like to eat artic zero ice cream! It has protein and fiber! 1/2 cup or 60 grams is 35 calories! They just put some new ones in our store that's strawberry, orange dreamsicle, and chocolate! Those are so good and taste like actual ice cream, but some are not so tasty lol. You just gotta let it set out for a few minutes…

I got the charge hr too a little over a month ago and on days where I work and workout for a little it says I burn between 2300-2800 calories! I was extremely suprised but also happy but I haven't tried to increase my calories anymore just yet to see if it's accurate (Halloween ,sister in town, thanksgiving coming) but if…

I usually eat the same thing for lunch at work everyday, two slices of 40 calorie bread, turkey, some cucumber, light mayo, a cup of carrots and an apples bites pack! About 240-260 calories! Or it's a pb2 powder and sugar free jelly sandwich instead! I also cut the carrots into slim slices to remind me of some crunchy…

I had thought about measuring as well so I wouldn't freak out so much seeing the scale go up a couple of pounds! Though I probably still will anyways. I'm gonna try to up my calories this week and measure as well.. once I'm not bloated from this weekend lol thank you for your input!

I don't like the gym so I do everything from home but I was doing more body strength videos until about a month ago I started running more and about four days a week I do one of these fitness blender squat workouts only ten minutesbut I only do about 20 pounds (I know im weak lol) and sometimes an arm video, and if I'm off…

I think I'll give this a try.. I'm just anxious five pounds will turn into more and I'll eventually end up way past where I want to be. :( I actually have gained about 5 or so pounds since july as well which I'm fine with obviously lol I also live by myself so recipes and meals I think are getting a bit boring... I also…

This is what I was wondering, if you could actually eat more but still maintain, like if you said I'm in the lower part of my maintenance, and I'm usually always cold except they days I. eat more like this past weekend with my family for halloween I ate good and I'm not as cold today.

I'll log like anywhere between 1500-2000 for a meal out if it's somewhere local and not like Olive garden or something. And I keep mfp and my fitbit separate and don't sync them together, and I weigh out my foods like cereal, veggies, beans, potatoes, chicken etc on my food scale in the grams like it says grams on the…
-
No I don't want to lose weight, I want to maintain but I just don't understand how I'm maintaining at this? Ive been hungrier than usual lately too, and it's just been frustrating because I feel like I can't even eat more because it'll make me gain. I want to enjoy foods and its just getting annoying that other people my…

Good! That's the way to do it. I think mines partially I actually want to eat everything in sight and part of me still has the "I'm not allowed to eat that so I'm craving it 1,000 times more" I'm working on just thinking of food as fuel but also that food is food and if I really want it I could technically eat it but I…

That's what I've been doing! Just looking at my weekly calories, like I said it's better now to take baby steps than to blow it all off! Good luck to you, it'll take time but it'll be a lot easier and your body will be happy lol (also if you find once increasing calories you're hungrier than you ever were it's most like…

I used to only eat 600-1000 calories months ago for a long time, I worked my way up to about 1500 now trying to figure out the whole process but I was even scared when I went from 600 to seeing 800, so scared I'd gain weight over time, I actually still lost about 10 pounds lol, I used to also have a cheat meal once a…

But just for regular day to day kind of thing I'm nervous that it'll give me more just daily burned calories than just the charge? Because of the heart rate and getting nervous anxious or excited? Also do you set your activity level as sedentary if you add calories from the fitbit?
-
Should I have just ordered the fitbit charge then? I want the one that's most accurate and easy to use.:( I'm nervous now that I'd eat back too many calories if it increases my burn from getting scared or when I get anxious. Which do you recommend?
-
What do you mean the HR burn is inflated? That all confuses me right now cause I have no idea about a fitbit lol hopefully when it comes in that will answer all my questions about it though! Thank you so much for posting that, it will be really helpful! If I have any questions that go unanswered about it is it alright to…

I ordered the fitbit charge HR this afternoon!
-
A nicer snack before bed sounds good :p but I was gonna get the fitbit charge! Do you only eat back exercise calories or do you include the step tracking calories too??
-
** how do you plan your food for the day if you do afternoon workouts?
-
Should I first only eat half back of what it says? I think I'm gonna buy a fitbit this week! Do I include all calories burned for the day as well? I'm also curious if I workout in the afternoon, I dont wanna eat too much extra for breakfast and lunch incase my burn isn't what i thought it'd b

I've really considered getting a fitbit again, if I do should I keep it at lightly active and then add in what the fitbit says? I've been eating a bit more through the week and not so much one specific day, I'm trying to learn moderation, not binge and restrict! Its hard because I've done it the other way for months and…

I'm thankful for being tall for that reason too lol! I love food so much, I don't think I could do it if I was 5 ft and under... Lol, but thank you for the advice! It is hard to up calories and play around with them after having a set calorie range for so long.. (not complaining about more food though lol) its mainly a…

Thank you so much! I've been trying to figure everything out and it's hard because my friends only like 5 ft tall so I can't really relate with her calories or anything, and I also used to only eat like 800 calories a day and only had a treat meal once a month. I don't know how I even did that because now even with…
