My long term goal is to lose about 150 pounds so far I've lost 3.1 pounds. Today is my weigh in day. So I will see if I lost anymore :) everyone can add me if they would like too. :)

I like making baked tofu chips. They are a great alternative if you're craving chips. I liked my plain but you can season to how you like them. All I did was drain all the water pit of the tofu. then thinly sliced the tofu. Put it on a flat cookie sheet or anything that's flat will work. Then bake til crispy on 350• or til…

What I take to work is about 4crackers, a serving of humus, a serving of carrots, a serving of mix broccoli & cauliflower and tiny bit of ranch (2tblsp). And I sometimes will have a cup of fruit or some yogurt. P.s. I'm a lacto-ovel-vegetarian :) hope this helps you some:)
