I've decided to try IF. Today, I started eating at 11 and will stop at 6. Won't eat again until 11 tomorrow. I did the research and it sounds like something I can do.

Finally a challenge that's current (NOW). Whew...took me a minute to find one. I've been "back on the wagon" for a couple weeks now. Started at 283 on March 14th and am now at 278!! Let's do this! I was doing EOD way of eating....500 calories every other day....around 2000-2500 on UP days. I think I like this better....I can plan my day around dinner out or with my husband, just push breakfast back if need be. Congrats on the 30 lbs! I am down 25 but have been up and down for about a year...hoping to get back onβ¦

And yes, food in MFP syncs to Fitbit as a summary. No details, just calorie count.

That's exactly how I use Fitbit and MFP. Track food in MFP and exercise in Fitbit. Fitbit syncs calories burned to MFP.
