ENCOURAGING WORD...
What you have been through up until this point has equipped and prepared you for the days ahead. Be vigilant! Stay relentless! You will look back at this time and see the value of your separation from that which was no longer valid (maybe it was that entire cheese cake, that extra glass of wine or bag of nacho chips...whatever your triggers are that cause you to over indulge, separate yourself from it! It is no longer useful in your quest for the better you! One day, one choice, one step at a time!
Have a great day of amazing choices and positive thoughts about what you are doing!!

I already posted my monday weigh in (gained 2+ pounds) - but feeling a little defeated -and its only wednesday. I was doing so well.... then vacation. I had a 40+ day streak of keeping under calorie goal and losing. I wasn't getting hungry any more and it was pretty easy. the vacation - I was on track then half way through- caved. now back irl and its super hard. I'm hungry all the time. grumpy. grrrr.. I have to remember that its not worth it to break momentum. going to be strong. push through this and stay on track.. this is so frikking hard.1

Tuesday, August 10 Exercise
8 x 8 for the following exercises:- Bicep Curl
- Flys
- Squat and Press
- Around the World
- Tricep Dips
- V Abs
- Push Ups
- Bent Over Row
It took me nearly an HOUR to do eight sets at eight reps for all of these exercises, but I enjoyed it! I put on some HULU and loved on my body.
Calories Burned: 300 in 55 minutes
Water Intake
148.8 ounces
Final Thoughts
I am PMS'ing and I am even more conscientious about my water intake and diet. Speaking of diet, I am also feeling SUPER impatient and excited. I think this is all my hormones going wacko but the idea of getting back into the 170s, which is where the real work begins; is making me so ANTSY in a good way. For years, I yo-yo between 195-175 so the idea of getting bak into the 160s can't come SOON ENOUGH! It is exciting and you know what, I feel beyond a shadow of a doubt that it is going to come to pass..... And I can't wait. I can't wait to be the Tamala I have always been.... Okay.... I am done I am just so excited.
Are you excited too!!!?????3 -

Hi there! Be gentle with yourself and get back on the wagon. Ensuring that I eat enough protein and drinking a ton of water helps with my cravings. Perhaps this is something you can implement right away - upping the protein? Hope the helps and cheers to your success @poppogirl1233 -

Thank you @poppigirl for sharing so vulnerably! It is hard to keep up the good choices and the good work every single day, and really when you look how far you've come with positive days, you are farther ahead then what you give yourself credit for. Focus on what you have done that is good instead of when things go array. You had 40 days of reaching calorie goals and that is fabulous! Have another 40! Life is an ebb and flow. Keeping consistent is key to most of it, but don't give up enjoying your life, vacations and times when getting off track happens. Just get back on the bicycle of life and you'll do great! All the best!2 -
ENCOURAGING WORD...
You have to get through this time before you can find freshness for the next season. Don't get ahead of yourself. Take one step at a time and deal with one thing at a time to get through this tedious place that will require patience and perseverance!3 -

Yes @misslissa1969 you can copy and paste and add in your new stats each week, but save a copy in a file that you can work from because you can not copy your old post after about an hour. I just use my notes folder and keep the original one there. Welcome!0
