I dont really have a goal except for 2500 calories a day and at least 140g of protein. The rest is whatever it is. I'm just wanting to know if get 200g protein whether thats detrimental to health in any way.

Yes doing endurance activities will affect your ability to perform power lifting exercises as it will be harder to recover from. However, if you eat enough and get adequate sleep, you can easily avoid it from affecting your recovery providing your not overdoing it. About 2 times a endurance exercises should be fine. Plus,…

I haven’t read what anyone else said but this is how it is. You obviously know how to lose weight as you’ve been doing for so long and successfully as well. So you don’t need advice on that part. To get out of this plateau just have to have ONE day of over eating of about 200-300 calories above Maintenance. Then go back to…

Is that incline barbell or dumbbell.

Keep it at the front. Behind the neck stimulates all heads of the deltoids more but it’s dangerous and shoulders are the weakest joints. Once you mess them up, you can’t do anything. Keep doing front and gradually increase the weight. Also do lateral raises to target the lateral deltoid. But avoid the behind the neck…

Woah what's with all the hostility. Just a little joke on the side. I assumed that was clear.

Are you following any workout programme?

Thanks everyone for the replies. I recently lost weight and I feel weaker and look underweight. I want to gain strength as a primary goal but also gain mass to hide the bones in shoulders.

Do I like it? Haven't really had it before. Does it fit into my calorie goal? Doesn't matter, I can make it fit if I have to. Everyone has one dimensional answers these days. It's eating healthy foods doesn't matter as long whatever you're eating fits in your daily calorie limit. I don't care about calorie limit, I just…

Well I heard certain salmon varieties are not healthy. I think farmed isn't the best option for some reason to do with chemicals etc. That's why I was asking if the salmon I get is ok.
-
because it's frying essentially and frying isn't healthy. I heard with olive oil it's ok, others say it's not.

I will start eating more. I don't have an eating disorder. If I thought it was ok I could 4000 Cals happily. It's just that 1200 felt right. But I'll increase to 2000 then. Thanks for the help.
-
Sometimes I replace 2 eggs with 2 breads. My biggest breakfast is 2 breads and an egg or beans.
-
I'm no troll. 1200 Cals seem normal. Look at what I'm eating and tell me if I'm logging wrong. Breakfast. 2 boiled eggs with tea. Lunch : medium sized grilled chicken wrap Snack : banana Diner: nothing more than 400 calories usually.
-
Ok. Taking into account everything you said I'll start to eat more. I can eat up to 4000 Cals if I had to but 1200 seems right as I don't feel hungry. My main aim was to lose chest and belly fat so I thought I'll lose half a stone and that would help.
-
I don't want to lose a stone. Just half a stone to get rid of my gut. I don't want to be unhealthy so don't worry about that.

Bmi suggests I'm healthy weight but I've got such a big stomach and chest fat that needs to go. I've got no fat on my shoulders and arms but I have everywhere else.
