Please help, is this too much protein?
I weigh 154 lbs. I'm bulking and trying to gain weight. Some days I get 200g of protein. Is that too much for my weight. Can it be damaging to the body? I know I dont need that much, but I can end up getting that much.

Neee advice. Plateaued...
I plateaued and failed on 4th rep two workouts in a row on incline bench. I’m suppose to be bulking but I’ve actually lost a bit of weight. Haven’t got calories quite right yet. Should I increase my calories only. Or Deload and increase my calories.

Chicken thighs from Nandos
How can this be right. It says on my fitness pal and on the Nandos website that 1 portion chicken things from Nandos provides 72grams of protein. Do you believe this is correct. Because 1 portion comes with 4 thighs that are not that big. Can anyone shed some light over this. Thanks.

What’s a better builder of the upper chest, incline barbell or incline Db bench press in your opinion. I’ve just started the barbell so I don’t want to switch but I’ve heard a lot of people getting good results with the Db. Gaining muscle with minimal fat
I just started going to the gym and I wanted to increase my calories by a few hundred to gain lean muscle. To gain 0.5 lbs a week, I have to eat around 400 calories more than before. I've just started going to the gym and I recently heard about the strong lifts program. I am pretty much a beginner. From PERSONAL EXPERIENCE, would you recommend it for a beginner. I want to work out early in the morning. So I would want to eat something and then head to the gym within 45 mins. What foods are fast digesting that will provide me with enough energy and also provide the energy quickly enough so I can workout after 45 mins. Any suggestions are welcome?
