I'll stick with cheese burgers thanks.
Make it fit your calories. You can't cheat your body.6 -

Spring is in the air which means I'll be a grilling fool for the foreseeable future...I pretty much make cheeseburgers every weekend...not sure how they would be cheatburgers exactly...they're not exactly calorie bombs and they provide quite a bit of protein.8

Why do they need a new name?2

I call them Gouda burgers, because I cut up gouda into small cubes and mix them into the meat before I make patties.4

Lol...I'm guessing that ground beef is bad...which I've never really understood myself, but it does seem to be a prevalent train of thought.2 -
Woah what's with all the hostility. Just a little joke on the side. I assumed that was clear.0

I guess the sentiment is don't mess with my food and if you fit it in your macros you are in the gold.
I would not want anyone to think they could not have a cheese burger and lose weight. People already have some restrictive preconceived ideas of what is healthy.3 -
Why ground beef is fine if in say, a chilli for "clean eaters" but that same mince is formed into a patty is bad I will never understand. A good burger has little added other than seasoning (or cheese as above). Ahh diet industry, how you do be foolish.3

For a while, cheeseburgers were my favorite diet food in the employee cafeteria because I could easily estimate their contents.0
