Neee advice. Plateaued...

I plateaued and failed on 4th rep two workouts in a row on incline bench.

I’m suppose to be bulking but I’ve actually lost a bit of weight. Haven’t got calories quite right yet.

Should I increase my calories only.
Or
Deload and increase my calories.

    Are you working a certain lifting program?

    I'd go with deload and increase without more info.
