Recomposition??

How would I go about doing a recomp. I'm doing heavy weight lifting/ bodybuilding and I've been doing it for a while. I normally slowly bulk then cut if required.
Right now, I've got a bit of fat but not a lot. I dont want to go on a cut again. I just to gain muscle and lose a bit of that fat at the same time. And I believe recomp is the way to do it.
So how do I go about it? Any links or anything. Thanks.

This is a good starting point, I think:

Train effectively and eat at around your maintenance calories - that's really all there is to it.
The more effective your training and how you personally respond to that training (gender, age, training history, genetic gifts.....) will influence your speed of progress.1
