  • Newb here, so this may seem like a silly question, but is there a link with details on how to do an egg fast?
  • I'm pretty sure my large consumption of Diet Mountain Dew has slowed the pace at which I lose weight altogether, but I am addicted to it and can't seem to quit it. I've tried cutting back, by I end up going back to my large intake of it (that's me not admitting to how much I drink). Every now and then I'll have a Quest…
  • Ang you look amazing! Thank you for sharing the progress pics! I'm a firm believer that they help the rest of us bc often we fail to see how far our own progress has come. Way to go!
  • I'm using the original, not vanilla. I'm sure I'd love the vanilla, but I'm trying to keep the sweet temptations to a minimum since I drink a lot of Diet Mountain Dew (so bad for me, I know). Fats are not what make you fat. The Insulin reactions from sugar/glucose/fructose etc…
  • I'm in Minnesota and have started eating Low Carb again. I haven't officially maintained on Atkins Induction this time around, I'm almost there, but averaging 22-30g carbs & losing slowly but surely still. In also looking for new friends to journey with on MFP, so feel free to add me! Also have Hypothyroidism, so trying to…
