I am no longer contagious and diligent about disinfecting any equipment I use at the gym...but I did decide to walk outside for a few days before going back to my gym to be sure. Ty for the input!

I understand your frustration, but we don't gain weight overnight and it won't come over overnight unless you're doing some unhealthy things...keep going a day at a time you'll see and feel the results you want!! You can do it!

I suggest you take any advice you read on here and divide it by 4....lol everyone's got an opinion... Ask a nutritionist about a proper calorie count and nutritional goals for yourself...that's the safest way to do things.

Pretty sure I've been starring in the same movie! Started MFP about three weeks ago and for the first time in my adult life (I'm 47) I actually LIKE exercising! Never knew it was possible!! Cut my calories too! Making this lifestyle change is the BEST decision I've made for myself in years!!!

After a recent night out with some girlfriends, I saw pics posted of me online...I could NOT believe that fat girl in the pics was ME! I joined a gym that week and now work out religiously. I also started a reduced calorie way of eating and tracking my food on MFP. Not exactly sure why THAT particular pic hit me so hard…

I honestly don't have any junk in the house. My snacking last night consisted of rice cakes and peanut butter! But those calories add up.... I'd like to eliminate this type of eating altogether!
